By participating in the Celebrations Fun Run (collectively referred to as “the Event”), organized by Bunga SDA Community Church, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration: All participants must complete the registration process before the event. There will be no refund of the registration fee for whatever reason.
2. Age Limits: Only participants aged 13 and above may join the 5k and 10k runs. Children under 13 years may participate in the 2k race only with signed consent from their guardian.
3. Bibs and Kits: Keep your assigned bib number and ensure it is stamped at every water station to stay in the race. The number of required stamps will be shared on Race day. Kits must be picked up from designated points on or before race day.
4. Dress Code: Dress in comfortable athletic clothing and appropriate running shoes for a safe and enjoyable run.
5. Hydration: Stay hydrated throughout the event by carrying a water bottle or utilizing the water stations provided by the organizers.
6. Respect the Environment: Dispose of trash in designated bins and avoid littering during the run to maintain a clean course.
7. Follow Route Instructions: Pay attention to route markers, signs, and instructions from event staff to stay on course.
8. No Cheating: Respect the spirit of the FUN RUN by not cutting the course or taking any unfair advantages.
9. Safety: If you encounter any safety concerns or need medical assistance, inform event staff or volunteers immediately.
10. Have Fun: The most important rule is to have fun, enjoy the experience, and support the cause, which is the establishment of a VIRTUAL COMMUNITY WELLNESS CENTRE.
